CONVEYANCING DEFINED!
Conveyancing is the act of transferring the title or interest in property
from one party to another, where:

Title = ownership

Interest may be a life estate, a lease, a mortgage, or a caveat

Property is anything tangible (like real estate) or otherwise (eg. a business, a trade-mark or a pattern) to which its owner has legal title
Licensed Conveyancers are experts in this type of
legal work and they are focused only on that type of legal work. A licensed conveyancer must be fully trained and qualified before being granted a licence
and a licensed conveyancer must carry Professional Indemnity Insurance, a guarantee that
your interests will be protected!

We have three offices, one in Wallis Street, Forster (opposite the video shop), one in Taree (right opposite the clock) and another in Port Macquarie (Colonial Arcade). We specialise in properties located in the Greater Taree, Great Lakes and Hastings areas, and we are actively working in the North of NSW, from Coffs Harbour through Kempsey and Port Macquarie along the coast to Newcastle through the Myall Lakes and Hunter Valley and west through Stroud, Tamworth, Armidale and Glen Innes.

We offer a "Flat Fee" service to all of our clients, meaning that you know exactly what you will be paying before the job commences. There are no hidden or unexpected costs. We do not claim to be the cheapest, but we do promise that we'll take no shortcuts. We do not charge for any consultations and we GUARANTEE you a clear title at the end of the day.
